By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the pact0 mobile application and website at pact0.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pact0. The company may update these Terms periodically, and continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete all associated data.

pact0 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
You may track habits, log moods and journal entries, view analytics, and manage productivity and wellness goals.

You retain ownership of all content created within the Service (habit data, journal entries, mood logs). You grant pact0 a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You remain solely responsible for your content and represent that you possess all necessary rights and that your content doesn't violate third-party rights or laws.
The Service includes AI features like smart coaching, resilience scoring, and habit insights, provided for informational and motivational purposes only.
To provide AI-powered features, your habit data, mood scores, journal entries, and onboarding preferences may be processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic). By using AI features, you consent to this processing. For details on what data is shared and how it is handled, refer to Section 4 of our Privacy Policy.

Prices may change with advance notice; continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. pact0 does not process refunds directly.
The Service, including design, features, content, graphics, logos, and underlying technology, is owned by pact0 and protected by copyright and trademark laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The pact0 name, logo, and related marks are trademarks; you cannot use them without prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
The company does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free service, nor does it guarantee accurate or reliable results.
PACT0 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This applies to inability to use the Service, unauthorized data access, third-party content, or content obtained from the Service.
Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless pact0 and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your Service use, Terms violations, or third-party rights violations.
pact0 may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination:
You may terminate your account anytime through App settings or by contacting support@pact0.app.
These Terms are governed by the laws where pact0 is established, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or court action in the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and remaining provisions remain fully effective.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding Service use and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
