By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the pact0 mobile application (the "App") and website at pact0.app (the "Website"), collectively the "Service," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pact0 ("we," "our," or "us"). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may use the Service to track habits, log moods and journal entries, view analytics and insights, and manage your personal productivity and well-being goals.

You retain ownership of all content you create within the Service, including habit data, journal entries, mood logs, and any other information you input ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as smart coaching, resilience scoring, and habit insights. These features are provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes in advance, and your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
Refund requests are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact the relevant app store for refund inquiries.
The Service, including its design, features, content, graphics, logos, icons, and underlying technology, is owned by pact0 and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by pact0.
The pact0 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of pact0. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PACT0 AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pact0 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings or by contacting us at support@pact0.app.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pact0 is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and pact0 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
